AlignMatch was born from a clear observation: recruitment was stuck in the past. While technology advanced everywhere around it, talent matching still relied on keywords, resumes, and gut instinct rather than real intelligence.
The Insight
Our founders recognised a fundamental flaw in global recruitment: platforms were matching keywords, not people. Work style, behavioural patterns, cultural alignment, and growth potential were completely invisible. The gap was enormous — and the opportunity to fix it even larger.
Prototype
A working prototype validated the core hypothesis: AI could read a candidate's professional DNA far beyond a resume. The first version of AlignMatch demonstrated 6-dimension scoring — Cultural Fit, Experience, Growth Potential, Location, Profile Relevance, and Skills Match — running live against real job descriptions and candidate profiles.

The multi-agent AI architecture matures into a full enterprise platform. Semantic understanding, behavioural analysis, growth trajectory scoring and cultural fit assessment work in concert. Select enterprise partners begin onboarding — stress-testing the system at scale and providing the feedback that powers the AI Feedback Loop.
